Getting Paid This Summer
Welcome to Camp Matoaka! As we prepare for the summer, we want to make sure you get paid!
American Staff
To make sure you get paid this summer, please send an email to our payroll contact, Susannah Forbes, at [email protected].
In the subject line, write: Camp Matoaka. After you email her, she will send you a link with the forms you need to fill out to set up your pay.
Please do this as soon as you can so there are no delays with your paycheck.
Returning International Staff

You will obtain a Social Security Number when you get here. We will need photocopies of the following documents (so, feel free to send along what you can now):
- A photocopy of your driver's license
- A photocopy of your passport
- A photocopy of your visa
- A photocopy of your DS2019 (We will copy this form when you get to camp because we need the stamp on it)
We know this stuff is confusing. But, it's VERY IMPORTANT!!!! If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.
