Getting Paid This Summer

Welcome to Camp Matoaka! As we prepare for the summer, we want to make sure you get paid!

Returning Staff

You must fill out, sign and return the following forms:

NOTE: You must use the address where you want your W2 mailed in the Winter 2026.

NOTE: International staff must also complete these forms. Put your HOME address on it and fill out Section 1 only.

NOTE: Don’t forget to sign and date each form!

Direct Deposit

If you are directly depositing your check into the same account as last year, you are all set. Nothing else needs to be done.

If you are directly depositing your check into a new account, you must fill out, sign and return the following form:

You must have a US bank account to be paid this summer! We suggest opening a US account with Wise, Revolut, or we will help you open a US Cliq Card account when you arrive in the US.

You will obtain a Social Security Number and a US bank account/debit card when you get here. We will need photocopies of the following documents (so, feel free to send along what you can now):

  • A photocopy of your driver's license
  • A photocopy of your passport
  • A photocopy of your visa
  • A photocopy of your DS2019 (We will copy this form when you get to camp because we need the stamp on it)

We know this stuff is confusing. But, it's VERY IMPORTANT!!!! If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.
